Honeymooning in Spain

We are enjoying every minute together!

This is our street in Barcenoleta. Our neighborhood is south of the old town, a 10 minute walk to La Rambla and right on the ocean. If I'm chilly in the evening and we are at the beach, I can just go back to the apartment to get a jacket. The streets are muy pequeno and we wake in the morning to sounds of seagulls crying. They sound like children "Wha wha wha!"

Our flat is small but bright with huge windows. The kitchen is lovely and we go to the market and bring back fresh jamon and cheese with tomato for lunch. When we're not nibbling tapas, we order a paella. This one is from the restaurant we chose along the coast for our first night in town. Glorious! The clams and prawns were lovely.

By the way, I cut my hair! I'm needing something a bit more professional for work so Kingsley did a graduated lob (long bob) and I love it.

Yay! You made it! BTW, paella is like the best stuff in the world. I hadn't had it before our trip to Barcelona this summer, and it is now a staple at our house.

I still can't get over the fact that he does hair TOO. Talk about fabulous hair for the rest of your life. *Sigh*. Your honeymoon looks beautiful.
